Oathall is committed to supporting our students to take part in every aspect of school life.
This is a new role created to provide effective support for students with medical conditions or who are unwell at school to ensure they are able to attend and access their lessons.
In addition, the post holder will be responsible for organising first aid provision, be the main first aid provider across the school and for the administration and management of medicines in line with our policies and procedures.
Health and Medical Care Officer
30 hours per week – including half an hour unpaid lunch.
Hours of work 8:20am - 2:50pm - term time only
Grade 6 SCP 9 - Actual salary £18613
Working as part of the wider pastoral team, the successful candidate will ideally be able to demonstrate
If you do not have a First Aid at Work qualification, training will be provided. Training in other related medical conditions will also be provided.
