Health and Safety Officer

• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, company policies, and international safety standards.
• Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Hazard Identification, and Risk Assessments.
• Conduct HSE induction training for employees
• Ensure emergency response procedures are implemented.
• Coordinate fire drills and emergency evacuation exercises.
• Monitor firefighting equipment, first aid kits, and emergency exits.
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions.
• Promote a positive safety culture across the workplace.
• Ensure implementation of control measures before work execution.
• Maintain risk assessment records and safety documentation.
• Monitor all factory setup and conduct routine inspections and safety audits.
• Identify unsafe acts and conditions and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements:

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, or equivalent certification is mandatory.
• First Aid, Fire Safety, or other relevant HSE certifications are a plus.
• 3-5 Years Experience in the same field.
