Health Care Data Analyst

Health Care Data Analyst is needed to perform the following duties:

· Support integration and maintenance of pharmacy systems (PrimeRx, Integra) while ensuring accurate data flow and developing technical skills in SQL, data validation, and pharmacy software such as PioneerRx, Cerner, Epic, and QS/1.

· Ensure high data integrity and conduct inventory analysis by validating patient IDs, NDC codes, medication records, expiration dates, and demand trends to maintain accurate records, optimize stock levels, and reduce waste.

· Assist with billing and insurance claim analysis using ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes, helping reduce denials and supporting compliance with audit requirements, privacy guidelines, and healthcare billing regulations.

· Analyze pharmaceutical inventory data including expiration dates, potency metrics, NDC codes, and demand forecasts to optimize stock levels, minimize waste, and support efficient procurement and distribution.

· Develop dashboards and performance reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI to track reimbursement trends, inventory turnover, workflow efficiency, and key operational metrics.

· Collaborate with pharmacists, IT teams, and vendors to streamline workflows through automation and data cleanup, while ensuring strict adherence to HIPAA regulations, patient privacy standards, and healthcare compliance laws

Bachelor's Degree is required in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Business Analytics

Pay: $79,456.00 per year
