Health Care Support Worker Days

We are currently recruiting for a Health Care Support Worker day post available within QME Care based in Queens House, residential care setting in Kelso, Scottish Borders. A genuine passion for working with older people, dementia, cognitive condition and high quality care are essential for this compassionate role.

Under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse and Senior Health Care Support Workers you will attend to the daily care needs (including their personal care needs) to our older residents who experience conditions such as dementia, physical health conditions including end of life caring.

We follow a person centred approach to support our residents to be the director of their care.

We are looking for someone who is compassionate, hard working and a team player.

Higher rate salary reflected the enhanced entitlement for weekend working and included holiday entitlement pay.

All our roles work a flexible rota system over a 7 day a week period.
