Health Consultant

Job Overview

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) graduate to join our dynamic team at Tongase Homoeopathy as a Health Consultant. This is a remote role, ideal for candidates who are passionate about patient care and want to contribute to a fast-growing homeopathy practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend inbound calls from patients and prospective clients.
• Take detailed case history over the phone with professionalism and empathy.
• Educate patients about the homeopathic line of treatment offered.
• Book medicine orders and coordinate with the dispatch team.
• Ensure high-quality service and maintain excellent communication throughout the patient journey.
• Convert enquiries into paid consultations/treatments and earn incentives.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a BHMS Graduate (mandatory)
• Prior experience in patient handling or teleconsultation is a plus (Freshers may apply)
• Must have a Laptop/Desktop and High-Speed Internet Connection
• Proficient in Hindi and basic English; Marathi is a bonus.
• Good communication skills and soft-spoken nature.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a digital healthcare environment.
