Job Overview:

AlKhidmat Foundation Sindh is seeking a motivated and experienced Health Coordinator for Health Services. The ideal candidate will be based in Karachi and will play a key role in managing diagnostic operations, driving business development, ensuring financial management, and complying with government regulations. The role requires frequent travel across Sindh to oversee operations and develop strategies to enhance our Health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of diagnostic laboratories, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and patient care.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the diagnostic services, including outreach to new markets, partnership building, and enhancing service offerings.
• Monitor and manage the financial performance of diagnostic units, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
• Ensure all diagnostic services comply with government regulations and standards, including licensing, health, and safety requirements.
• Lead and mentor the diagnostic services team, ensuring continuous professional development and high performance.
• Conduct regular visits to diagnostic centers across Sindh to assess operations, provide guidance, and ensure consistent service quality.
• Manage end-to-end procurement of medicines, devices, and consumables, including vendor negotiation, quotation analysis, and compliance with policies and quality standards.

Job Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications: A degree in Medical Technology, Health Sciences, MPH & PharmD
• Additional certifications in Diagnostic Services or Healthcare Management will be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Sindh.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing diagnostic laboratories or related health services.
• Proven experience in business development or marketing within the healthcare or diagnostic sector.
• Strong understanding of government regulations related to diagnostic services.
