About The Role
We're partnering with leading AI research teams to build smarter, more accurate AI systems — and we need health informatics experts to help get it right. As a Health Informatics Analyst, you'll apply your real-world experience with EHR systems and healthcare data to evaluate, improve, and validate AI outputs in the clinical and health information domain.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your domain expertise directly shapes how AI understands and reasons about healthcare.

What You'll Do

Analyze and evaluate AI-generated healthcare content for clinical accuracy, logical consistency, and quality

Apply your knowledge of EHR systems, clinical workflows, and health data standards to assess and improve AI outputs

Identify errors, gaps, or misleading information in AI-generated responses related to health informatics

Provide structured, detailed feedback using evaluation frameworks and rating rubrics

Contribute to data quality reviews and annotation tasks tied to clinical and operational healthcare scenarios

Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments
Who You Are

Hands-on experience with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms

Strong analytical mindset with a sharp eye for accuracy and data integrity

Familiar with health data standards, clinical terminology, and healthcare workflows

Able to communicate complex findings clearly in writing

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment

No prior AI experience required — your healthcare expertise is what matters
Nice to Have
