We're looking for Health Informatics Analysts to apply their real-world healthcare data expertise to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI systems. What You'll Do

Analyze and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to healthcare data, EHR systems, and clinical workflows for accuracy and quality

Apply your expertise to identify errors, gaps, or unrealistic scenarios in AI responses involving health informatics concepts

Review and annotate datasets covering clinical documentation, health system operations, and medical reporting

Provide structured, expert feedback to help AI models reason more accurately about healthcare environments

Evaluate data pipelines, reporting logic, and health information system scenarios produced by AI tools
Who You Are

Experienced with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical/operational reporting platforms

Strong analytical background including data visualization, trend analysis, and reporting

Able to critically assess healthcare information for accuracy, completeness, and clinical relevance

Comfortable working independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments

Clear written communicator who can document feedback with precision
Nice to Have

Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation workflows

Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, etc.)

Background collaborating across clinical, IT, or operational stakeholder groups
