Health Informatics Manager

Scope of Work:

Evaluation Strategy and Design:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive evaluation strategies for programs and initiatives.
  • Design evaluation frameworks, including logic models, theories of change, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify innovative ways to drive better outcomes faster and more effectively by using statistical techniques for hypothesis testing to validate data and interpret results.

Data Management and Analysis:

  • Oversee the collection, storage, and management of data related to program or project performance.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business and program decisions and recommend and implement solutions to optimize processes across the organization.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret complex and large relational based datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks within the behavioral health industry.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate data insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain data models to support forecasting and predictive analytics, helping Cove anticipate future trends, outcomes, and available markets.
  • Analyze data to assist Cove in determining patient populations to focus on, focus areas for marketing, and areas for improvement.

Reporting and Communication:

  • Prepare detailed evaluation reports that summarize findings, conclusions, and actionable recommendations in clear, concise, and visually appealing manner for stakeholders at various levels of Cove.
  • Present evaluation results to program teams, senior leadership, and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate complex data insights in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical audiences.

Program Improvement and Support:

  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance program effectiveness and impact.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and translate data insights into actionable strategies, enabling Cove to optimize operations, enhance patient care, achieve organizational goals, and address population health.
  • Monitor the ongoing performance of programs and grants and make real-time adjustments to evaluation strategies as needed.

Team Management and Leadership:

  • Supervise a team of data analysts and evaluators.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on evaluation methodologies, data analysis techniques, and reporting.
