Health Information Coordinator - (CNA or CNA Med Tech Preferred)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Health Information Coordinator to support our nursing and care teams by ensuring resident health records are accurate, compliant, and up-to-date. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a supportive healthcare setting and wants the opportunity to grow professionally.

What You’ll Do:

Current CNA License with two years of experience is required.
Coordinate communication between Riverview community and other providers.
Maintain and update Electronic Health Records (EHR) to support resident care.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare documentation regulations.
Track deadlines for assessments and clinical documentation.
Scan, organize, and upload medical records and paperwork.

What We’re Looking For:

Current CNA License with two years of experience is required. (CNA Med Tech Preferred)
Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulations, including HIPAA.
Comfortable working with healthcare professionals and sensitive patient data.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable with technology and adaptable to new systems, recognizing that accurate digital records play an important role in resident care.
Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) preferred (but not required)
Ability to manage multiple documentation deadlines.
Washington State Food Workers Card
CPR/First Aid Certification (class offered upon hire if needed)
