Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore. The Health Information Management Specialist will be responsible for managing patient health information and medical records, ensuring data accuracy, maintaining confidentiality, and complying with legal and regulatory requirements. The specialist will also work with healthcare staff to support the use of electronic health records (EHR) and other health information systems. Daily tasks include data entry, coding, auditing records, generating reports, and assisting with quality assurance and improvement initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Health Information Management, including data entry and coding
  • Knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and health information systems
  • Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to health information management
  • Skills in data accuracy, auditing, and generating reports
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure data security
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Health Informatics, or related field
  • Certification in Health Information Management (RHIA or RHIT) is a plus
