Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and support Health Information Systems (HIS)
• Ensure system functionality, performance, and data integrity
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to optimize system usage
• Implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements
• Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards and security regulations
• Train healthcare staff on HIS applications and best practices
• Monitor system performance and generate reports as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Health Informatics, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in healthcare IT or HIS support
• Strong knowledge of hospital workflows and information systems
• Experience with HIS platforms and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Familiarity with data privacy standards and healthcare compliance is an advantage
