What You’ll Do

• Speak with consumers who requested information about health coverage
• Explain plan options (ACA marketplace & supplemental plans)
• Match clients with the best coverage based on their needs
• Complete enrollments using approved systems
• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in CRM
• Stay compliant with CMS and company guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• Previous sales or call center experience preferred (insurance a plus)
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
• Ability to work in-office (Boca Raton)

Compensation

ACA (Affordable Care Act) Sales:

• $25–$30 per approved enrollment.

Supplemental / Limited Medical Sales:

• 30%–55% commission on products
• Base training pay provided during onboarding

Additional Earnings:

Job Type

Full-time | In-office (Boca Raton, FL) 10am -7pm

Pay: $900.00 - $2,000.00 per week

License/Certification:

• Accident & Health Insurance License (Required)
• Federally Facilitated Market Place Certificate (FFM 2026) (Required)
