Job Summary
ALY Health Financial Group (Afterlife Financial) is hiring motivated Health Insurance Sales Agents to join our growing South Florida office. This role offers opportunities to sell ACA and Limited Medical plans, with uncapped earning potential, structured training, and advancement opportunities.
ACA agents may qualify for remote work based on performance, while Limited Medical sales are in-office only.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate consumers on ACA or Limited Medical health plans
- Conduct compliant, needs-based consultations
- Enroll eligible individuals through approved platforms
- Handle inbound and assigned leads
- Maintain strict CMS and company compliance
- Use dialer and CRM tools to manage leads and follow-ups
- Remain active and logged in during scheduled hours
- Participate in training, coaching, and performance reviews
Who We're Looking For
- ACA and/or Limited Medical sales experience
- Coachable, driven, and performance-focused
- Comfortable working in-office (remote eligibility for ACA only)
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
Compensation Structure
ACA Compensation Structure
- $25 per approved ACA enrollment
- $27 per approved enrollment after exceeding 150 approved deals in a pay period
- Average agent income 2.5k weekly
Limited Medical Compensation
- 55% commission on add-on products
- 30% commission on core products
- 100 daily base pay "training"
- Commission-based earnings after training completion
