What You’ll Do
- Speak with consumers who requested information about health coverage
- Explain plan options (ACA marketplace & supplemental plans)
- Match clients with the best coverage based on their needs
- Complete enrollments using approved systems
- Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in CRM
- Stay compliant with CMS and company guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales or call center experience preferred (insurance a plus)
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to work in-office (Boca Raton)
Compensation
ACA (Affordable Care Act) Sales:
- $30–$35 per approved enrollment.
Supplemental / Limited Medical Sales:
- 30%–55% commission on products
- Base training pay provided during onboarding
