Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Medicare Sales Supervisor for an on-site role at our Florida Access location in Orlando, FL 32809, responsible for supervising an in-office team of Medicare sales agents. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, guiding agents, and ensuring that sales targets are met. You will also play a crucial role in training and mentoring agents on health insurance products, specifically Medicare plans. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to hold people accountable, and a passion for helping others succeed.
As a Medicare Sales Supervisor, you will oversee the sales production process, assist with case-specific scenarios, and ensure all sales activities align with company goals and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Motivate Sales Agents: Provide guidance and support to sales agents, ensuring they meet or exceed daily sales targets.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Analyze daily sales results, review metrics, and identify areas of improvement to enhance overall team performance.
- Case Support and Problem-Solving: Assist agents in resolving case-specific issues and finding solutions to help them achieve their sales quotas.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of Medicare plans, benefits, networks, and related health insurance products. Assist agents in explaining product offerings to customers.
- CRM Management: Oversee the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate and organized input of customer data. Use the CRM to communicate with agents and track sales activities.
- Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge: Understand and ensure adherence to CMS rules, qualifications for Extra Help, Medicaid, Chronic conditions and Sunfire enrollment applications.
- Training and Onboarding: Lead the onboarding and ongoing training of new sales agents. Provide resources and guidance to help them excel in their roles.
- Quality Assurance: Review sales calls and perform QA audits to ensure adherence to company standards and improve the quality of customer interactions.
- Remote Team Management: Effectively manage a remote team of sales agents, ensuring they stay on schedule and meet performance expectations.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure smooth operations and timely responses to agent and customer needs.
Performance Objectives:
- Consistently lead your team to meet or exceed daily sales targets.
- Provide timely solutions to agents' challenges, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
- Maintain high levels of agent engagement and satisfaction.
- Ensure CRM and sales processes are streamlined, efficient, and compliant with regulations.
- Successfully onboard new sales agents and help them become top performers.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual: Spanish and English
- License: 2-15 or 2-40 health insurance license in Florida.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Medicare sales or health insurance sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals. Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or related field is preferred.
- Certifications: Valid Medicare Sales certification (or willingness to obtain within a specified period).
