Health Insurance Verification & Authorization Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Insurance Verifcation/Authorization Specialist to join our home health agency in Beverly Hills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying patient insurance coverage and eligibility.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough insurance verification for patients prior to their appointments.
  • Review and analyze patient medical records to confirm insurance coverage details.
  • Communicate effectively with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and patients regarding coverage inquiries.
  • Maintain organized records of all verification activities and updates in the office system.

Pay: $26.00 per hour
