Health & Life Insurance Agent- Sales Representative

Objectives:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed targeted annual sales goals.
  • Generate leads and referrals through marketing events and business partnerships.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs, including: Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Part D, ACA, Ancillary (DVH), and Life.
  • Conduct effective presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the unique benefits of our insurance solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Stay current with industry trends and market developments to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Competencies:

  • Proven track record in B2C sales, ideally in the healthcare or insurance sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, driven by results, and comfortable with target-driven environments.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability to evolving market conditions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage leads, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • 2+ years of successful sales experience in Life, Supplemental Life insurance.
  • 2 + years experience with Medicare Advantage products.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and attend meetings.
  • Comfortable standing and presenting during client interactions and presentations.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.

Salary and Compensation:

We offer a competitive base salary ranging from $40,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience, plus uncapped commissions and incentives. Our comprehensive benefits package includes 401k matching, paid time off, and health benefits.
