Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HSE Engineer to join our team for a major roads project in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health, safety, and environmental management within large-scale infrastructure projects and will ensure full compliance with company policies, project requirements, and national regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor the project HSE plan in accordance with company and client standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments on-site.
• Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations and standards.
• Lead incident investigations and prepare detailed reports with corrective and preventive actions.
• Organize and deliver HSE training and toolbox talks to site personnel.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure continuous improvement in HSE performance.
• Liaise with project management, subcontractors, and clients on all HSE-related matters.
• Maintain accurate HSE documentation and records.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering .
• Minimum 10 years of experience in HSE roles, specifically in roads or similar infrastructure projects .
• Strong knowledge of Saudi HSE laws, standards, and procedures.
• NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA or equivalent HSE certification required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
