Health Safety Environment Officer

We are seeking an experienced QSHE Officer to support the implementation and monitoring of Quality, Safety, Health & Environmental standards within an industrial environment and ensure compliance with regulatory and company safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HSE procedures, risk assessments, and compliance checklists
• Conduct site inspections and identify unsafe practices or conditions
• Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and safety records
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and emergency drills
• Monitor contractor safety and ensure compliance with HSE standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• OSHAD & NEBOSH Certification
• ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 Internal Auditor Certification
• IEMA Foundation Certificate in Environmental Management
• Minimum 5 years of HSE/QSHE experience in industrial, manufacturing, construction, or energy sectors
• Strong knowledge of fire safety systems, risk assessments, and HSE compliance
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel)
• Willing to work rotational split shifts (2 weeks day / 2 weeks night)
