Position: 01

We are looking for an experienced HSE Supervisor to oversee and support HSE activities at our field operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement company HSEQ policies and ensure compliance at site level
• Prepare, review, and update HSE procedures and plans
• Support high-risk and complex site activities, including shutdowns, PTWs, and JRAs
• Conduct site inspections, audits, observations, and HSE meetings
• Participate in incident management and root cause analysis
• Support process safety management and advise on environmental matters
• Contribute to occupational hygiene programs
• Promote a strong HSE culture among staff and contractors

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Science with relevant HSE certification
• Minimum 8 years of HSE experience in oil & gas (upstream preferred)
• Strong understanding of site-based HSE requirements and best practices
• Familiarity with upstream petroleum operations
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work at Shewa site on a rotational basis
