Egypro FME , a leading name in Facility Management, is looking for a dynamic Electrical Engineer to join our team in Cairo!

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated HSE Specialist to join our team and ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance within our facility management operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in conducting risk assessments, implementing safety measures, monitoring workplace practices, and ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective measures.

• Develop, implement, and monitor workplace safety procedures.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.

• Oversee periodic maintenance activities with a focus on safety.

• Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE best practices.

• Maintain accurate safety records and prepare reports as required.

• Act as a point of contact for all safety-related matters.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of risk assessment processes, particularly in facility environments.

• Full awareness of safety regulations and workplace safety measures.

• Proficiency in English and MS Office applications.

• Holder of OSHA certification and Safety Specialist certificate.

• 1–2 years of experience or more in HSE roles.

• Preferred: Previous experience in facility management companies.
