Health Spa Sales Specialist

What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a motivated, go-getter with exceptional communication skills who is ready to take ownership of this role. No prior licensing or experience is necessary, but a love for sales and customer service is a must! Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.

Hours: Part time, with the potential for full time.

Shifts may include: 7:30am-2pm and 2pm-8:30pm, Monday-Sunday

Training is paid at $18 per hour plus commission. (Training is in Glendora)

Compensation is $20 per hour, plus commission, plus monthly and annual sales bonus.

Range of $20-$40 per hour is including commission and bonuses, and is conservative. Current sales people actually reach up to a monthly average of $30-60 per hour when including commission and bonus averaged out over the month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell products and service packages to every client with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Perform hands-on body sculpting treatments, ensuring proper sanitation and care.
• Keep the clinic clean, organized, and welcoming for all clients.
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up with clients consistently to ensure satisfaction.
• Deliver top-notch customer service while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Compete in a fun, friendly, sales-driven environment.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills—you must be comfortable engaging with clients and team members confidently and effectively.
• Sales enthusiasm with a proven ability to connect and close with customers.
• Fast-paced service industry experience is preferred.
• High energy, outgoing personality, and resourcefulness in tackling tasks and solving problems.
• Ability to stay organized and maintain cleanliness in the clinic.
• Computer skills and the ability to manage scheduling systems are a plus.
