What You’ll Do Automation & Workflow Engineering
- Build automated processes for patient intake, PHQ-9/GAD-7, ADHD screening, and clinical questionnaires.
- Create logic-based automations to identify candidates for TMS and Spravato.
- Develop automated patient education sequences and follow-up workflows.
- Build internal scripts and tools to reduce manual administrative tasks.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Design and maintain dashboards (Power BI, Google Sheets, Excel, or Python-based).
- Track provider productivity, revenue trends, and practice-wide KPIs.
- Analyze no-show rates, scheduling patterns, and operational bottlenecks.
- Assist with insurance reimbursement and variance analysis.
Digital Systems Integration
- Integrate EHR → CRM → scheduling → landing pages to create seamless patient journeys.
- Set up and maintain systems for TMS, QEEG, and BrainVantage workflows.
- Organize and optimize HIPAA-compliant data processes.
- Support the creation of digital patient portals, forms, and internal SOPs.
Technical Support & Special Projects
- Assist with basic IT needs (accounts, permissions, MFA, local devices).
- Support video content, landing pages, and digital marketing workflows.
- Build internal databases or lightweight tools to streamline processes.
Who We Are Looking ForRequired
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Biomedical Informatics, or related field.
- Strong skills in Python, SQL, or other scripting/programming languages.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to understand workflows, break them down, and rebuild them better.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with clinical teams.
- Interest in health tech, behavioral health, or digital healthcare systems.
Preferred
- Experience with automation tools (APIs, webhooks, scripts, CRM automations).
- Familiarity with EHRs, CRMs, or healthcare data flows.
- Experience with data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
- Understanding of HIPAA principles (training provided).
