Health Tourism Patient Coordinator

We are looking for a Sales-driven Medical Tourism Patient Coordinators who can convert international patient inquiries into successful treatments and actively manage the patient journey.

In this role, you will be responsible for both closing sales and supporting patients throughout their treatment process while they are in Turkey.

Job Description

• Managing incoming patient inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and online channels
• Analyzing patient needs and offering suitable treatments and packages
• Actively conducting sales in line with individual and company targets
• Presenting pricing, treatment details, and process information clearly and persuasively
• Converting leads into confirmed treatments
• Supporting and following up with patients during their treatment process in Turkey
• Coordinating with clinics and internal operations teams

Requirements

• Fluent in English and German (spoken)
• Strong sales mindset with high motivation for targets and commissions
• Experience in medical tourism or service sales is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Result-oriented, proactive, and highly organized
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
