What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and serve fresh juices, smoothies, and other food menu items with precision and efficiency
• Provide excellent customer service—greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the juice bar, including food prep areas and equipment
• Handle cash and digital payments accurately
• Follow all health and safety guidelines
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter
• Give customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients
• Take orders while paying attention to details
• Prepare beverages following recipes
• Serve beverages and prepared food
• Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
• Keep the bar area clean
• Maintain stock
• Comply with health and safety regulations
• Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items

Skills

• Previous work experience as a Barista or Waiter/Waitress
• Hands-on experience with brewing equipment
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Basic math skills
• Ability to gauge customers’ preferences
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma; relevant training is a plus

Requirements:

• Prior experience in food service, retail, or customer service is a plus (but not required—we’ll train the right person!)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18+ years old
• Availability for morning, evening, and/or weekend shifts

• Prepare beverages following recipes
• Serve beverages and prepared food, like cookies, pastries and muffins
• Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
• Keep the bar area clean
• Maintain stock of clean mugs and plates
• Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
• Comply with health and safety regulations
• Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items

Skills

• Previous work experience as a Barista or Waiter/Waitress

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
