Job Title: Account Manager - ProFee

The Role
The Account Manager reports to the Client Services Manager or Director of RCM and is responsible for the delivery of exemplary revenue cycle performance of multiple client accounts.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Ensure strong operational delivery for our clients and lead the development of team members by assisting in resolving various RCM issues, serving as a subject matter expert to the team and clients, training the team, and providing other support.
- Train motivated, cost-effective team that enables delivery of high-quality services to clients in a profitable manner.
- Assist with new clients and new project implementations.
- Assist in preparing, interpreting, and delivering reports (e.g. KPI, productivity, quality, etc.) and executive summaries to clients.
- Assist in day to day performance of the RCM teams.
- Occasional client visits to build relationships and resolve issues.
- Provide RCM expertise to Company’s software development team and facilitate the implementation of the software tools on assigned accounts.
- All other duties as assigned.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of Professional Revenue Cycle Management (CMS 1500 billing, AR follow up, reconciliation, overall revenue cycle processes and workflows).
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to analyze, interpret and draw inferences, and prepare reports.
- Ability to use MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel). Advanced Excel skills are necessary.
- Extensive knowledge of various practice management systems and clearinghouses.
- Ability to work with little supervision and communicate effectively with your remote team members and clients.
- Ability to travel to client sites and company meetings
- Minimum 3 years of experience in revenue cycle management (provider or RCM vendor).
