Healthcare and Corporate in House Council

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable in house counsel to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, corporate and contract law. But, the in house counsel should be able to interact with the outside counsel effectively. This role also requires exceptional legal drafting skills, research capabilities, and the ability to navigate complex legal issues. The Counsel will provide comprehensive legal advice, represent clients in various matters, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare law, contract law, and corporate law.
• Excellent legal drafting skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven ability to conduct thorough research and analyze complex legal issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
