Jazba Care is launching a structured Healthcare Apprenticeship Program for individuals exploring careers in nursing, medicine, psychology, or allied health.

We are intentionally hiring individuals with little to no prior experience.

We are building professionals from the ground up.

If you have worked in restaurants, retail, customer service, athletics, or manual labor and are looking to transition into hands-on this program is designed for you. If you have never had a job before and are looking to gain experience, this is a wonderful opportunity

If you are 18 or older, taking college prerequisites, or considering nursing or medical assistant programs, this role offers real clinical exposure in a licensed Alzheimer’s and dementia residential setting.

What You Will Learn

Through hands-on training, you will develop:

• Foundational Alzheimer’s and dementia care principles
• Professional clinical communication
• Safe mobility and assistance techniques
• Behavioral observation skills
• Structured routine implementation
• Exposure to vital sign monitoring and documentation systems
• Nutrition principles aligned with the MIND diet

You will work inside a six-resident licensed care home with mentorship from experienced leadership.

This is physically active, structured, and purpose-driven work.

Schedule Requirements

Full-time availability required
Weekend availability required
Shifts may include mornings, evenings, and overnight rotations during training

Professionalism and punctuality are non-negotiable.
