Key Requirements & Role Details

We are looking for a highly motivated Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join us on a Band 3 level.

• Contract: We require flexibility to cover four shifts per week on a continuous basis.

• Experience: You must have a minimum of 6 months experience working within a mental health and hospital setting.

• Training: You need to possess up-to-date mandatory training, including PMVA (Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression).

Essential Compliance & Documentation

To ensure a smooth recruitment process, candidates must provide the following:

• DBS: An Enhanced DBS certificate registered with the Update Service.

• References:3 years of continuous employment references are required for every employer within that period.

• Immunization Records: You must provide evidence of immunity for BCG, MMR, and Hepatitis B (Hep-B).

• Other: You should be prepared to undertake OSPC (Occupational Screening and Pre-employment Checks) if required.
