Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target healthcare organizations and expand our B2B client base
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations for medical professionals, showcasing the features and benefits of our solutions
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that meet client needs while aligning with company goals
- Manage existing accounts proactively to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client requirements and providing tailored technical sales support
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities
- Prepare compelling sales presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and detailed proposals with Microsoft Word to communicate value propositions effectively
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on medical or technical products
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to influence decision-makers at all levels
- Demonstrated success in outside sales roles, including account management and customer relationship building
- Ability to conduct professional product demos that clearly illustrate technical features and clinical benefits
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple accounts, follow-up activities, and sales pipelines efficiently
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, market insights, and customer needs for strategic planning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—particularly Microsoft Word, PowerPoint—and familiarity with analysis tools is preferred
- Knowledge of medical sales regulations, pharmaceutical sales practices, and healthcare industry standards is highly desirable
