Healthcare Business Analyst

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Technical, Business, or Healthcare-related field

· 5+ years of experience in government IT projects as a Business Analyst or similar role

· 5+ years of experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and documentation

· 3+ years of experience in Medicaid or healthcare domain

Preferred Qualifications

· Strong subject matter expertise in Medicaid or healthcare insurance systems

· Experience with Microsoft Project / Project Server

· Familiarity with Microsoft DevOps (Azure DevOps)

· Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments
