About Us:
AstraMedic Shop, a project of AstraMedic Solutions, is looking for a motivated and professional Business Development Executive to support the growth of our healthcare and rehabilitation eCommerce platform.
The ideal candidate should have experience in online sales, customer relationship management, and digital lead conversion. We are seeking an individual who understands customer behavior, can professionally handle sales inquiries, and has the ability to convert leads into long-term customers.
This role requires strong communication skills, sales confidence, and the ability to coordinate with marketing and operational teams to improve business performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through digital platforms and customer outreach.
- Handle customer inquiries from WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, website, and other communication channels professionally.
- Convert product inquiries into successful sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve retention and repeat purchases.
- Guide customers regarding healthcare, rehabilitation, and physiotherapy-related products.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for promotions, campaigns, and order management.
- Maintain customer records, sales pipelines, and reporting documentation.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested customers and pending inquiries.
- Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, eCommerce, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in eCommerce sales, Business Development, Customer Relations, or similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) preferred.
- Experience handling WhatsApp Business and social media inquiries professionally.
- Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other eCommerce platforms will be preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales management tools.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and customer relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries and maintain professional follow-up processes.
- Experience in healthcare, rehabilitation, or physiotherapy-related products will be considered an advantage.
- Must be target-oriented, organized, and professionally presentable.
