We are now expanding into Saudi Arabia (KSA) and are looking for a locally connected healthcare professional to lead market development.
Role overview
We are seeking a Healthcare Business Development Manager based in Saudi Arabia to help establish strategic partnerships with hospitals, regulators, and healthcare organizations.
This role is critical for building Volna’s presence in KSA and requires deep knowledge of the local healthcare ecosystem and direct relationships within the industry.
This is not a generic sales role. We are specifically looking for someone with healthcare network and experience in Saudi Arabia.
Key responsibilities
Partnership development:
- Build relationships with hospitals, clinic groups, and healthcare providers
- Connect with HR directors, medical directors, and recruitment teams
- Establish recruitment partnerships for international doctors
Market integration:
- Provide local insight into licensing pathways (SCFHS, SMLE, Mumaris+)
- Support development of compliant licensing and recruitment workflows
- Help navigate regulatory, operational, and cultural requirements
Strategic expansion:
- Identify key hospitals and priority specialties
- Support Volna’s expansion strategy in Saudi Arabia
- Facilitate meetings and introductions with key healthcare stakeholders
Local representation:
- Act as Volna’s representative in Saudi Arabia
- Support on-the-ground business development activities
- Help establish Volna as a trusted partner in the KSA healthcare ecosystem
Requirements (critical)
Must-have:
- Based in Saudi Arabia
- Experience working in healthcare (hospital, recruitment, licensing, or healthcare consultancy)
- Strong network within Saudi healthcare sector
- Direct relationships with hospitals, HR, or medical institutions
Highly preferred:
- Experience with SCFHS, Mumaris+, SMLE, or healthcare licensing
- Experience in medical recruitment or healthcare partnerships
- Experience working with international doctors
- Understanding of healthcare hiring workflows
Personal profile:
- Strong communicator and relationship builder
- Strategic thinker with execution ability

- Fluent English and Arabic
