Healthcare Call Center Representative
Responsibilities
· Manages a high-volume of inbound calls from patients regarding bills, EOBs, payment plans, etc.
· Identifies the caller’s needs and provides solutions.
· Works with dual monitors, phone system and multiple software applications
· Handles each call in a positive, considerate and respectful manner and remains calm under pressure.
Qualifications
· Ability to learn and be successful in a remote training environment
· Call center experience with a passion to help others
· Medical insurance/billing knowledge (preferred)
· Thrives in a fast-paced work environment and motivated to succeed
· Ability to input data accurately and quickly
· Has a dedicated and secure workspace free from distractions during work and training time.
· Abides by HIPAA regulations
