Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Onsite

We are an exclusively pediatric respiratory Durable Medical Equipment (DME) company whose primary focus is to improve healthcare for the Children of Texas. We are seeking dedicated, positive, experienced individuals to join our team.

Starting pay is $16 to $16.50/hour. Employees have potential to increase base wage, after successful 90-day period. Increase based on experience and skill level.

Job Responsibilities:

· Monthly contact with customers to confirm need for continued supplies

· Monthly ordering of needed supplies

· Verify demographic and patient insurance coverage

· Take inbound patient and referral source calls

· Facilitate communication to other team regarding a patient’s account status

Job Requirements:

· High school diploma or GED equivalent

· Insurance reimbursement knowledge

· Prior healthcare experience

· Strong customer service and computer skills

· Prior DME experience preferred

· Prior Medicaid experience preferred

· Prior Brightree experience preferred

Because of our patient population, bilingual applicants are preferred.
