Job Title: Healthcare Data Quality Analyst (AI Document Processing)
Location: Atlanta, GA (In-office)

About the Role
Novacis Digital LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Data Quality Analyst (Human-in-the-Loop) to work alongside our AI-powered document processing platform while embedded within client-facing teams supporting the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
This role ensures the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of healthcare data extracted by our Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) systems from complex healthcare documentation. The position requires strong collaboration with Novacis internal product teams as well as CDC program stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) AI Validation
- Review and validate data extracted by Novacis’ AI/IDP platform from:
- Medical records
- Enrollment records
- Prior Authorization (PA) documentation
- Claim forms (UB-04, CMS-1500)
- Supporting clinical documentation
- Identify extraction inaccuracies, contextual misinterpretations, and missing data elements.
- Correct and standardize extracted fields prior to downstream analytics or reporting.
- Provide structured feedback to AI and engineering teams to improve model performance and automation accuracy.
- Participate in quality assurance and validation cycles aligned with Federal program standards.
Client Team Collaboration (CDC Environment)
- Collaborate with program teams and stakeholders to support healthcare data processing initiatives.
- Participate in client meetings, status updates, and workflow reviews.
- Ensure deliverables meet CDC compliance, documentation, and reporting requirements.
- Maintain professional communication standards appropriate for a federal client environment.
Healthcare Documentation & Analysis
- Maintain consistency and integrity of healthcare data aligned with regulatory guidelines.
Compliance & Data Security
- Handle Protected Health Information (PHI) in strict compliance with HIPAA and federal security requirements.
- Follow CDC and Novacis data governance, audit, and confidentiality standards.
- Maintain detailed documentation supporting audit readiness.
Reporting & Tools
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel) for tracking productivity, quality metrics, and reporting.
- Document validation trends and recurring issues to support continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare data review, medical records processing, or healthcare operations.
- Experience working in or supporting federal or state healthcare programs preferred.
- Strong understanding of medical records, claims documentation, PA records, and enrollment data.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Ability to communicate professionally within a client-facing federal environment.
- Candidates with prior CDC experience or active Public Trust clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
- Experience with Medical records review.
- Exposure to AI, OCR, or Intelligent Document Processing platforms.
- Experience supporting CDC or other federal healthcare agencies.
Salary & Compensation (Atlanta, GA – Cleared Federal Role)
Based on Atlanta market data for cleared healthcare data analysts supporting federal clients:
- Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00, per year
