Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Healthcare Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to increase patient engagement, enhance brand awareness, and drive growth across our healthcare services. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital marketing, understands the unique compliance requirements within the healthcare industry, and is passionate about creating meaningful patient experiences online.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote healthcare services, physicians, and patient programs.
- Manage campaigns across multiple channels including SEO, SEM/PPC, email, social media, and display advertising.
- Monitor trends in digital healthcare marketing and recommend innovative approaches.
Content & Patient Engagement
- Create and manage content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media platforms that is patient-centered, compliant, and engaging.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to highlight services, events, and patient success stories.
- Ensure all digital content follows HIPAA, ADA, and healthcare compliance guidelines.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance (traffic, conversions, patient leads, ROI).
- Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve patient acquisition and retention.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize digital assets for SEO and local search.
Brand & Reputation Management
- Oversee online reputation management, including patient reviews and feedback on platforms like Google, Healthgrades, and Yelp.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing; healthcare marketing experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media advertising.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and email platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex healthcare topics.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and healthcare advertising guidelines is a plus.
