An established and expanding specialty practice is actively seeking a part-time, Healthcare Marketing Specialist to implement comprehensive, direct, marketing strategies and conduct face-to-face marketing to build relationships with established and prospective referring provider practices .

Responsibilities

Establish relationships with referring providers

Understand incoming referring provider trends and identify opportunities for growth

Execute tasks within established marketing budgets.

May participate in digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.

Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Maintain and manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.

Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.

Develop and implement customer retention strategies.

Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Experience with managing and enhancing online presence is preferred.

Creative problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Strong attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
