HealthCare Human Resource Analyst

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) pereferred
  • 1–3 years of HR, HRIS, compliance, or payroll-related experience.
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment (clinic, outpatient, long-term care, behavioral health, etc.).
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Sage HRMS, Paycom, ADP, or similar).
  • Experience processing or supporting I-9 and E-Verify compliance.
  • Experience auditing personnel files and maintaining compliance documentation.
  • Exposure to working with or preparing documentation for regulatory agencies.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

HR Reporting & Data Support

  • Prepare and maintain recurring HR reports using Microsoft Excel (data cleanup).
  • Track workforce metrics such as headcount, turnover, onboarding status, licensure expiration, and compliance deadlines.
  • Assist with HR data audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Support ad hoc reporting requests from HR leadership.

HRIS & Systems Support

  • Enter and maintain employee records in HR systems such as Sage HRMS, Paycom, or ADP Workforce Now (or similar).
  • Run standard and compliance-related reports from HRIS systems.
  • Assist with system audits, updates, and data validation processes.
  • Ensure data integrity between HR, payroll, and compliance systems.

Compliance, Auditing & Regulatory Support

  • Administer and track I-9 documentation and employment verification throughE-Verify.
  • Conduct regular audits of personnel files to ensure required documentation is complete, current, and compliant with federal, state, and organizational standards.
  • Monitor healthcare-related requirements such as licensure verification, credential tracking, and certification renewals.
  • Assist in preparing documentation and reports for internal audits and external regulatory reviews.
  • Support HR compliance initiatives related to healthcare regulatory agencies and governing bodies.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and secure recordkeeping practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
