About the Role

A leading global investment bank (representative of our employer network) is hiring a Healthcare Investment Banking Analyst/Associate to support M&A execution, capital raising, and strategic advisory in the healthcare and life sciences sectors.

You’ll collaborate closely with senior bankers, clients, and cross-functional deal teams on high-impact transaction work.

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of M&A transactions, IPOs, and capital raises in healthcare

• Build detailed financial models, including:

  • DCF, LBO, merger models

  • Operating & valuation analyses

• Conduct market research across biotech, pharma, medtech, and healthcare services

• Prepare pitchbooks, investor materials, and client presentations

• Participate in due diligence across financial, clinical, product, and regulatory areas

• Analyze industry trends and company performance metrics

• Assist with deal structuring, transaction logistics, and closing processes

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Biology, Engineering, or related field

• Strong understanding of valuation, financial modeling, and corporate finance

• Interest in healthcare markets, biotech innovation, or medical technology

• Experience in IB, consulting, equity research, or life sciences preferred

• Exceptional analytical ability and attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic
