Based in the heart of Dubai Healthcare City, you will be the architect of our portfolio, identifying high-yield opportunities that align with our mission to elevate patient outcomes across the region. This is a role for a deal-maker with a heart—someone who understands that in healthcare, the best returns are measured in both margins and lives saved.

Your Strategic Mandate

• Portfolio Expansion: Lead the end-to-end investment lifecycle, from sourcing and due diligence to deal structuring and post-acquisition integration.
• Market Intelligence: Analyze the GCC healthcare landscape to identify emerging trends in biotech, specialized clinics, and digital health infrastructure.
• Financial Stewardship: Manage complex financial modeling, valuation, and capital raising efforts to fund ambitious expansion projects.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between institutional investors, regulatory bodies (DHA/DHCC), and clinical leadership.
• Governance & Risk: Ensure all investments comply with UAE healthcare regulations and international ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standards.

The Executive Profile

• The Expert: 10+ years of experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Corporate Development, with at least 5 years specifically focused on the Healthcare sector.
• Academic Pedigree: MBA or Master’s in Finance/Economics from a top-tier institution. CFA charterholders are highly preferred.
• The Network: A proven track record of closed deals within the UAE or MENA region.
• Regulatory Fluency: Deep understanding of Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC) freezone regulations and UAE federal health laws.
• Leadership Aura: Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to command a boardroom while fostering collaborative clinical partnerships.
