The Maintenance Project Manager supports the Vice President of Plant Operations in overseeing capital development, construction coordination, and facility improvement projects across skilled nursing and assisted living centers. This role ensures the timely execution of projects, effective vendor management, and supports regional teams in project planning and implementation.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with construction teams and various types of Vendors to proactively identify and resolve issues before escalation.
- Lead capital development planning for each center, including identifying project needs and obtaining competitive bids.
- Track and manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Review scopes of work and bids for center-specific projects to ensure alignment with operational goals and budget.
- Assist with Point of Completion (POC) processes for large-scale projects, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Identify and develop new vendor partnerships to support facility needs.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure performance standards are met.
- Support Regional Plant Operations staff by helping track and review Wufoo submissions for accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide guidance and training to Regionals to enhance their project management capabilities.
- Ensure all projects comply with applicable regulations and internal standards.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, risks, and outcomes.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare, senior living, or facilities operations.
- Strong understanding of capital planning, construction processes, and vendor management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel to multiple facility locations as needed.
Travel is a must
- Office-based with regular travel to facilities.
- May require occasional evening or weekend work depending on project needs.
- Must be able to safely navigate healthcare and construction environments.
Salary Range $125-150K
