Healthcare Manager (US Healthcare Process)

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Manager to lead and oversee our US healthcare operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in medical billing, revenue cycle management, insurance verification, claims processing, and team management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day US healthcare operations
• Lead and mentor healthcare teams
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, and quality standards
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and client requirements
• Handle escalations and client communications
• Improve operational efficiency and team performance
• Prepare reports and performance reviews

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in US healthcare operations
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong knowledge of medical billing, claims, and insurance processes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
