We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Healthcare Marketing Executive / Patient Referral Coordinator to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Promote the company’s home healthcare services
• Generate patient referrals and support business growth
• Coordinate with operations and nursing teams regarding patient admissions
• Maintain accurate referral records and reports
• Achieve monthly business development targets

Requirements:

• Male or Female
• Any Nationality
• Proven experience in Healthcare Marketing, Patient Referrals, Business Development, or related field
• Experience in the UAE healthcare sector is highly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Arabic speakers are preferred
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in conduct and appearance

Compensation & Benefits:

• Basic Salary + Attractive Commission Scheme (salary package and commission will be discussed during interview)
