Role Overview

We are seeking a Healthcare Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategies, enhance brand visibility, and build strong connections with healthcare professionals and patients. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing campaigns aligned with organizational goals.
• Brand Management: Strengthen brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
• Digital Marketing: Oversee online campaigns, social media presence, and digital engagement.
• Market Research: Analyze industry trends, patient needs, and competitor activities.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
• Event Management: Organize conferences, workshops, and promotional events.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 6+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns in multicultural environments, ideally within the GCC region.
