Position Overview
We are hiring a driven Healthcare Marketing & Sales Specialist to expand our referral network and drive patient growth. This is a high-impact, field-based medical sales role focused on building relationships, generating referrals, and growing territory volume.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily in-person marketing visits to home health agencies, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), hospitals, and physician offices
- Build and maintain referral relationships with case managers, discharge planners, and clinical leadership
- Drive new patient referrals and territory growth through consistent outreach and follow-up
- Log all interactions, contacts, and referral activity in CRM or tracking systems
- Attend networking events, healthcare meetings, and community outreach initiatives
- Execute direct marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and referral volume
- Follow up on referrals and assist with patient coordination and onboarding
- Support administrative processes tied to scheduling, referrals, and communication
- Collaborate with leadership on growth strategy and market expansion
Compensation Structure (Aggressive Plan)
- Base Salary: $50,000
- Uncapped Commission:
- Paid per qualified patient referral converted to active care
- Bonus tiers for monthly and quarterly volume growth
- Additional incentives for strategic account development (home health groups, SNFs, etc.)

Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, medical sales, or pharmaceutical sales preferred
- Experience with home health, wound care, or post-acute care strongly preferred
- Proven ability to build relationships and generate referrals
- Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
- Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently in a field sales environment
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel daily throughout Houston
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
