The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Healthcare Operations Coordinator to support and streamline our daily operations in Doha. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day healthcare operations to ensure smooth service delivery
• Support scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization
• Liaise with medical staff, administrative teams, and external partners
• Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation
• Assist in implementing policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and patient confidentiality protocols
• Support patient service initiatives to enhance overall experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in healthcare operations or administrative roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of healthcare systems, processes, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare management systems
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and patient-focused environment
