Locations: Sacramento, Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Auburn, Rocklin, Elk Grove, Arden, Lincoln, Citrus Heights, and Granite Bay.

Which Path is Yours?

Path A: Aspiring Dental Assistant (Entry-Level / Paid Training)

• The Vibe: You are looking for a career, not just a job. You love helping people and want to get paid while you learn a specialized skill.
• The Program: We provide a comprehensive Paid Training Program and mentorship to help you transition into a Registered Dental Assistant.
• Must-Have: An 8-hour Infection Control Certificate and a positive, "can-do" attitude.

Path B: Experienced Dental Assistant (DA) or RDA

• The Vibe: You’re a clinical pro who loves a high-tech, fast-paced environment. You want to work with a team that values your efficiency and patient-side manner.
• The Gear: Work in 100% digital offices with modern tools to streamline your workflow.
• Must-Have: Valid CA Certifications (X-Ray, Infection Control, and CPR).

Path C: Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

• The Vibe: You are passionate about preventive care and patient education. You want a supportive environment where the administrative "heavy lifting" is done for you so you can focus on your patients.
• The Opportunity: Excellent for both seasoned hygienists and New Graduates looking for a stable, high-growth "forever home."
• Must-Have: A valid State License to practice Dental Hygiene.
