Healthcare Provider MD, DO or NMD for HRT Practice

Job Summary

Excellent opportunity exists at a Hormone Replacement Therapy office based practice, established in 2002, specializing in individualized treatment for both men and women using sub dermal pellets. We also offer functional medicine and aesthetics. Part time or Full Time available. Women's Healthcare experience a plus, EMR a plus. Three office locations throughout the Valley. Some travel may be required. We employ 5 providers including PA, FNP, MD, and DO. Full time is a 36 hour work week. We close at noon on Fridays. Hours are either four 9 hour days or three 10 hour + one 6 hour days. On call rotated between staff.

Duties:

• Adhering to the medications our practice can and will prescribe to patients
• Working with senior or junior doctors as a team member, either in the same personnel or within other specializations
• Carrying out particular procedures; BHRT insertions

Skills and Specifications:

• Able to respond to demanding and complicated patient situations
• Effective communication with other doctors as well as patients
• Maintain concise, timely and accurate confidential records of patients
• Good time management skills
• Ability to solve difficult problems
• Should be able to challenge decisions
• Strong decision-making and practical skills

Education and Qualifications:

• MD, DO, FNP or NMD
• Valid unrestricted state license to practice in Arizona
• Full disclosure of any unresolved medical board actions or impending sanctions
• Full disclosure of any open malpractice suits or notifications of a possible malpractice suit

Experience Required: 1-2 years

Job Status: Part Time with the possibility of Full Time

Pay: $65.00 - $125.00 per hour
